The miasma of nihilism has certainly spread all over the past few years. Thank you for aptly shedding some light on this contagion, and offering up some practical steps to deal with it when it rears it’s head. I’m struggling with a loved one who is caught in its grip, and I hadn’t really understood till I read your stack, that this mindset is what has hijacked their every waking moment and is poisoning their life.
